SCA Roasting Foundations, November 22nd
The Roasting Foundation curriculum acquaints students to the craft of coffee roasting. It is ideal for learners who have just begun or desire to initiate a career in roasting, appropriate for learners with little or no roasting experience. In this all-day course, students will be introduced to core roasting skills and equipment. We will cover basic terminology, roaster designs, stages of the roasting process, roaster operation, safety, and maintenance.
